The document sets out the Complaints & Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure for the Isle of Wight Pension Fund.
Each employer of the pension fund should also have their own internal complaints and IDRP procedure.
At any point in the IDRP process you can ask for help from the Money and Pension Service (MAPs):
