The Pensions Regulator

The Pensions Ombudsman

The Pensions Ombudsman was set up under the Pensions Act 1995, and may investigate and determine any complaint or dispute of fact or law in relation to a pension scheme. You may be required to go through your scheme’s internal dispute resolution procedure before taking your complaint to the Ombudsman.
