Annual Benefit Statements
From 31 August 2021, staff who are members of the LGPS will be able to view their annual pension statement using our online portal, Member Self Service (MSS). To access MSS please go to our website www.iwcpensions.co.uk. The statements are available to view under the ‘Document > Member Documents’ section.
We would ask that you carefully check through the details shown on your statement and to contact your employer in the first instance if there are any discrepancies with the pay information. Please note that the statement is based on those members who joined the scheme before 31 March 2021, so if you joined after this date you will still need to register but will not receive an ABS until 31 August 2022.
As well as viewing your ABS on MSS you are also able to:
View your pension details
Create or amend death grant nomination details
Perform your own calculations and “what if” scenarios
Download and print off copies of any ABS as required
Raise specific queries using the “Contact Us” section
